Venue Scout Lead

📋 Description

• Liaise with Fever Originals/Ops/Production to source venue options.
• Perform due diligence on base buildings and maintain a venue database.
• Source venues aligned with Producer concepts; conduct site visits.
• Manage facilities requirements and ensure design intent fits budget.
• Negotiate terms with venues and coordinate permits.
• Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record negotiating venue contracts and live events.
• Experience in venue due diligence, site visits, and assessments.
• Basic knowledge reading floor plans, RCP, and technical drawings.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
