- Oversee venue lifecycle in the region (scouting, negotiating, contracting, ops).
- Scout venues, build network of agents/landlords, identify opportunities.
- Negotiate terms with landlords; coordinate with Fever legal and stakeholders.
- Maintain Salesforce scouting database.
- Track OPEX, CAPEX, and revenue; manage invoices and costs.
- Manage venue docs, compliance, maintenance, and safety.
π― Requirements
- At least 3 years managing venues/warehouses with related legislation.
- Experience in real estate scouting, negotiations, construction and permitting.
- Management consulting background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proven relationship-building.
- Excellent face-to-face communication and time management.
- Domestic travel likely.
