  • Oversee venue lifecycle in the region (scouting, negotiating, contracting, ops).
  • Scout venues, build network of agents/landlords, identify opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms with landlords; coordinate with Fever legal and stakeholders.
  • Maintain Salesforce scouting database.
  • Track OPEX, CAPEX, and revenue; manage invoices and costs.
  • Manage venue docs, compliance, maintenance, and safety.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 3 years managing venues/warehouses with related legislation.
  • Experience in real estate scouting, negotiations, construction and permitting.
  • Management consulting background is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and proven relationship-building.
  • Excellent face-to-face communication and time management.
  • Domestic travel likely.
