πŸ“‹ Description

  • Liaise with Originals/Ops/Production teams and PMs to evaluate venue options.
  • Be responsible for due diligence of base buildings and maintain a venue database.
  • Source and secure venues that fit Fever's concepts and designs.
  • Manage facilities requirements and coordinate with multiple vendors.
  • Build relationships with venues, suppliers, and stakeholders; negotiate terms.
  • Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience negotiating venue contracts or live events production management.
  • Basic knowledge of reading floor plans, RCP, and technical drawings.
  • Real estate experience with strong connections with brokers and/or agencies.
  • Highly organized and efficient; strong time management.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally; able to work across time zones.
