🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in venture partnerships or VC ecosystem work in fintech/SaaS.
- Experience with VC firms, founders, or accelerators; deep ecosystem knowledge.
- Strong relationship-building with investors, founders, and senior operators.
- Excellent external communication; able to articulate value in 1:1 and groups.
- Highly organized and execution-oriented; manage multiple relationships and events.
- Native Korean or Japanese (depending on market) plus fluent English.
