🎯 Requirements

10+ years in vendor operations, sales ops, or program/performance management with site-level outcomes
Proven governance of vendor performance across talent, sales ops, and business ops
Strong ability to influence vendor executives and lead high-performing teams
Proficient in ROB cadences, data interpretation, and issue diagnosis
Experience leveraging global systems and guiding vendor-driven change
