  • Vendor oversight for dispute and fraud workflows
  • Day-to-day management of offshore BPO partners and KPIs
  • Audit and control processes to identify gaps in disputes and compliance
  • Root-cause analysis of disputes, chargebacks, and errors
  • Cross-functional workflows with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Product
  • SOP design for new products, regulatory changes, and servicing models

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–5 years in vendor ops, dispute ops, risk ops, or BPO mgmt in fintech/payments
  • Reg E and Reg Z knowledge; familiarity with UDAAP, BSA/AML
  • Offshore BPO vendor management with accountability for compliance, quality, and SLAs
  • Experience supporting multi-channel member operations (phone, chat, email, back-office)
  • Experience building reporting and analyzing performance trends
  • Tools: Zendesk, Looker/Mode, JIRA, Confluence
