Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and management of Contractors/SMEs for content.
Create and manage SOWs as needed.
Identify/recruit/hire Contractors/SMEs; onboard and hand over.
Track and process invoices and vendor actions for content development.
Build relationships with contractors/vendors to drive quality and cost-efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
4+ years in contractor/SME recruitment and vendor management.
Track record in contractor/SME recruitment and vendor relationships.
Expertise in SOW creation and related contracts.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, including Excel.
