- Own day-to-day administration of the TraceGains VMS.
- Set up supplier profiles, items, specs, and docs workflows.
- Initiate supplier onboarding and track submission status.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure complete, accurate records.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain Ops, QA/Regulatory.
- Maintain data integrity and standardized workflows.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1โ3 years with a VMS or supplier compliance platform.
- Hands-on experience with TraceGains preferred.
- Strong written English; supplier-facing communication.
- Experience with FoodLogiQ, SafetyChain, or equivalent.
- Experience onboarding suppliers or managing docs workflows.
- Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills.
