Own day-to-day TraceGains vendor management platform administration.
Set up and maintain supplier profiles, items, specs, and docs workflows.
Initiate supplier onboarding and track documentation submission.
Follow up with suppliers for complete and accurate records.
Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain Ops, QA/Regulatory on onboarding progress.

🎯 Requirements

1–3 years of experience with a VMS or supplier compliance platform.
Hands-on TraceGains experience strongly preferred.
Experience onboarding suppliers or managing supplier documentation workflows.
Familiarity with FoodLogiQ, SafetyChain, or similar systems.
Strong written English; supplier-facing communication.
Proficient Google Sheets / Excel; high attention to detail.
