Own and scale the T&E program and vendor spend in AP.
Primary owner of Ramp for T&E and Coupa/NetSuite for vendor data.
Partner with Finance/Accounting/Procurement/Legal/IT for month-end close and SOX.
Build durable processes, lead third-party teams, and use data to improve accuracy.
Focus on controls, efficiency, and scalability as we grow.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in AP, spend ops, or financial operations.
Hands-on experience managing T&E programs and vendor/payables workflows.
Experience with Ramp, Coupa, and/or NetSuite; all three preferred.
Strong AP controls, vendor governance, and expense policy compliance.
Proven ability to improve processes in fast-growing environments.
