We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our engineering team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Release Manager, you will oversee planning, scheduling, communication, and coordination of our industry-leading SaaS platforms and applications. You will be pivotal in ensuring the timely delivery of software to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage expectations, measure results, and improve processes.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Plan and coordinate releases to established timelines across multiple product teams
  • Organize and facilitate structured communications throughout the release lifecycle
  • Continuously improve release processes based on lessons learned and best practices
  • Ensure the definition of done is clearly published and tracked
  • Drive communication and treatment of risks
  • Identify and drive resolution of dependencies across separate products
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • THE SKILL SET

  • Prefer a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, Management Information Systems or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software release program management, and 5+ years of total experience in software development preferably SaaS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with executives and product teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and software quality attributes
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Project Management Software Tools such as Jira
  • Travel requirement is up to 10%
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Desirable certifications include those from PMI, Scaled Agile, Scrum Alliance.
