- Assemble cable harnesses, fabricate mounts, integrate components, test systems.
- Work with schematics, diagrams, and written or verbal descriptions to complete assembly, fabrication, and integration tasks.
- Maintain and improve reliability of autonomy systems and base vehicle.
- Collaborate with Autonomy Engineering on calibration and integration of perception, planning, navigation, and control.
- Assist with workshop management: stock consumables, tools, workspace.
- Up to 50% travel may be required.
🎯 Requirements
- Multiple years of experience integrating mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, testing, or diagnostic equipment (drill presses, miter saws, digital voltmeters).
- Experience with power electronics, including servicing industrial batteries and implementing DC-DC and DC-AC converters.
- Experience developing autonomy for production ground vehicle subsystems or research prototypes (end-to-end lifecycle preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint also).
