Veeva Systems is looking for a driven, self-motivated Leader looking to get exposure to a critical growth industry with Life Sciences with a passion for empowering a team of strong professionals working closely with pharma and biotech companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology.
Veeva’s Quality Cloud accelerates the manufacturing of high quality products to a greater number of patients.
As a member of the EU Managed Services leadership team, the Quality Team Manager will be responsible for the following main areas:
- Build a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants focusing on Quality Managed Services work for both SMB and Global accounts (Pharmaceutical and Biotech)
- Help our clients keep their Production Vaults updated with new Features and Best Practices to ensure customer success
- Design, plan and drive long-term service growth for a leading cloud software company
- Serve as a point of Quality leadership for selected accounts
While this is a remote position working off-site with our customers within the EMEA region, occasional on-site meetings may occur. All EU nationalities or EU work permit holders in Poland or Hungary are welcome to join our multi-cultural team.
