The Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Veeva, you’ll play a key role in designing the future of our EDC product. We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer who is excited to own key aspects of our EDC system and related modules.
You will serve a vital role here: from creating the vision for new features to crafting and finishing every detail in the product. We appreciate designers who think deeply, speak clearly, and love collaboration and feedback.

What You'll Do Understand the business goals of Veeva EDCDrive the design vision and strategy for Veeva EDC by collaborating with Product Leadership and design leadsCollaborate with Product Management and Engineering to satisfy requirements and further the long term product visionSolve business requirements using standardized UI components and patternsGather feedback from users to improve Veeva EDC, including 1:1 sessions with users, participating in feedback sessions organized by customers, and conducting user testing sessionsExecute at every stage of the design and development lifecycleWork cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering partners to represent the design team and give feedback in planning and product channels Requirements 5+ years of product design experience with web productsExtensive experience in a senior individual contributor role, on a product design team for desktop or mobileAn outstanding portfolio, showcasing a solid foundation in interaction design, visual design, and creativityYou enjoy designing end-to-end experiences that solve complex business problems while remaining intuitiveExperience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environmentExperience partnering with product managers to develop the strategy and rationale for featuresProven mastery of Figma or equivalent for producing design artifacts and prototypingApplicable experience working with design systems and governance processesA strong belief in user-centered design principlesThe ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process-related issuesYou’re a go-getter, self-sufficient, and seek out answers to your questionsYou’re quick, you work fast, and thrive in a high-pressure environmentAmazing time management skills, with prior experience in a time-sensitive development environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAll applicants must have an online portfolio accompanying their resume/cv Nice to Have Working knowledge of clinical trialsFamiliarity with Life Sciences technology applications Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $100,000 - $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
