Build trusted relationships with Sales, Finance, and Ops teams.
Create and process subscription and renewal opportunities and quotes accurately.
Answer customer questions about the order process and provisioning status.
Collect documentation to close opportunities.
Daily navigation in a CRM: create opportunities, run reports, search orders, and build quotes.
Act with urgency, integrity and a customer focus.

🎯 Requirements

University degree (BA/BSc/BBA) or equivalent experience.
2+ years in sales support or customer service.
Strong written and oral English.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience using a CRM system.
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
