The Role
We are hiring a technical Practice Manager in Veeva’s Professional Services Organization to lead the services team for
Veeva Vault CRM X-Pages. This team supports highly specialized use cases of the product and would be responsible for leading the drive to ensure customer and employee success of the team.The team provides a mix of consultative and engineering services to drive customer adoption.
Managing with a focus on operational excellence includes:
· Experience building, developing and leading technical services teams
· Cultivating a positive and productive environment
· Driving new practices to support implementation excellence
· Creating innovative approaches to support delivery
· Partnering with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomes
· Partner with experts on the team to align on technical capabilities to deliver success
This is a remote, US-based, position with required travel.
