🎯 Requirements

2+ years in management consulting, human capital, or internal talent/org strategy
Strong problem-solving, communication, and operational skills
Client-facing experience with managers and above
Comfortable with data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
Strong project management; can manage multiple programs
Based in Madison, Boston, or New York
