The Role

Veeva Link envisions building connected data applications to improve research and patient outcomes. Link Medical Insight is a product that captures, reveals, and disseminates medical insights across the enterprise, enabling medical teams to refine strategy based on scientific insights.

As a Medical Specialist, you will apply rule-based curation on medical notes. As an integral part of our data operations team, you will collaborate regularly with data analysts and quality control team members. With your expertise, we will ensure that our curated medical notes provide value and the highest quality standards to our clients, the biggest pharma and life sciences companies worldwide.

To thrive in this role, you need an academic background in medicine or life sciences and can quickly grasp new concepts. Additionally, you are a fast learner, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with a “can do” attitude. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and can deliver high-quality results within a rigid timeline. You are comfortable working remotely in an international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Curate and tag medical insights notes
  • Ensure your output meets the highest quality standard
  • Act on customer requests (e.g data change requests) quickly and diligently
  • Work on special tasks or projects in data operations
  • Specialize in a therapeutic area (e.g Oncology)
  • Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in medicine, life sciences, or a related field (e.g. Nursing)
  • Working experience in the life science industry (working experience on medical texts is a plus)
  • Fast learner and good work ethics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional work outside working hours may be required including weekend or work on public holidays for congresses
  • Nice to Have

  • Experienced in developing manuals, process outlines, and implementation procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
