📋 Description

• Manage customer success for key LearnGxP accounts
• Support consulting engagements with workshops and deliverables
• Analyze curricula structure and training data to optimize delivery
• Maintain SME knowledge of Veeva Training Solutions and content
• Provide thought leadership to field-facing teams
• Coordinate training assets, version control, and updates

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the EU
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment (pharma, biotech, medical devices)
• Hands-on curriculum development and LMS administration in a GxP environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Driven self-starter; able to work independently
• Bachelor’s Degree
