📋 Description

• Manage customer success for key accounts
• Lead consulting engagements aligning with Veeva implementations
• Analyze curricula, training data to optimize LMS
• Maintain subject matter expertise on Veeva Training Solutions
• Provide thought leadership to field teams and executives
• Coordinate training assets and ensure timely project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the US
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment
• Hands-on curriculum development, LMS administration, and training strategy in a GxP environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels and large cross-functional projects
