📋 Description

  • Manage customer success for key accounts

  • Curriculum development, LMS administration, and training strategy in a GxP environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience communicating with and managing expectations for stakeholders at multiple levels
