📋 Description

• Manage customer success for key accounts
• Support consulting engagements with workshops and data analysis
• Analyze curricula structure and training assignment data
• Maintain expertise on Veeva Training Solutions and releases
• Provide thought leadership to field teams and executives
• Manage training assets, version control, and updates
• Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle to deliver on time
• Build relationships with customers to gather feedback and address pain points
• Support marketing activities: videos, webinars, content, conferences
• Present at industry conferences and webinars
• Engage with communities and manage partner relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the EU
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment (pharma/biotech/medical devices)
• Curriculum development, LMS administration, and training strategy in a GxP environment
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience communicating with and managing expectations for stakeholders at multiple levels
