🎯 Requirements
- 8 years+ hiring experience in Polish talent market across multiple profiles
- Proven ability to build relationships and external talent communities (local and international)
- Clear demonstration of strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving
- Self-driven, autonomous, and a team player
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- Highly resourceful, self-driven and comfortable working with ambiguity
