🎯 Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in partnerships, BD, startup ops, or ecosystem roles
- Deep understanding of the VC ecosystem and investor needs
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders (GP/MD)
- Experience scaling programs serving hundreds/thousands of participants
- Track record of executing high-impact events or community initiatives
- Strong project management with ability to manage multiple workstreams
