This exciting opportunity of a full-time role based in Thailand will allow you to collaborate with the local team as well learn from the experts globally. You will manage and drive our strategy expertise and someone who is familiar with the Thailand landscape.

Are you based in Bangkok? Geeking the social media world in Thailand’s digital space for two plus years now? Or maybe someone aspiring and with a can-do attitude? Do you wanna geek out on the world of media and creative advertising agency? Oh well, we could be meant to be -----so keep reading!

Here’s where you come in:

  • Build the bridge between brands and consumersby developing communication plans and creative strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience preferences.
  • Develop the engine strategyfor clients, anchored in Vayner’sPAC (Platform, Algorithm, Culture) framework.
  • Conduct competitor and category auditsto uncover whitespace and growth opportunities.
  • Lead cultural signal hunting and conversation miningto identify emerging social shifts and translate them into actionable creative springboards.
  • Develop audience cohorts grounded in communities and behaviors, not just demographics, and connect them to strategic decisions and creative ways-in.
  • Craft thought startersthat fuel brainstorming with Creative and SMA teams, ensuring ideas are rooted in social-first cultural relevance.
  • Bring the consumer’s world to lifefor creative teams and clients through qualitative and cultural mining, and insightful synthesis of quantitative research.
  • Track and analyze campaign performancetranslating numbers into clear stories for optimization and inspiration.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Media and Account teamsto co-create platform-native ideas that are consumer-obsessed and built for speed.
  • Champion “CasC” (Comment as Content)and always-on thinking, sparking conversations and salience through social engagement.
  • Deck crafting— turn complex ideas, insights, and strategies into compelling and clear storytelling deliverables.
  • Demonstrate anout-of-the-box perspective on data and researchto surface insights that unlock creative opportunities.
  • Understand thetechnical aspects of content creationand thedigital consumer journey, engaging through an end-to-end digital architecture map.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • 2+ years instrategy, brand planning, or social-first marketing(agency experience in the Thai market preferred).
  • Strong strategic foundation with the ability to turn insights into actionable creative springboards.
  • Atrend spotterwho knows what’s happening in Thai social media before it hits mainstream — especially inbeauty and consumer culture.
  • Creative mindset — able to bring both left-brain (analytical) and right-brain (cultural/creative) thinking.
  • Independent, accountable, and capable of handling accounts end-to-end.
  • Skilled at calculating and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) andnative-level Thai proficiency.
  • Passionate about thebeauty world, Thai consumer behavior, and digital communities.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, startup-like environment.
Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a creative/media agency, handlingsocial-first campaigns.
  • Ability to deliver work independently with pace, energy, and drive.
  • Strong sense of prioritization and urgency.
  • Skilled collaborator who can thrive in co-creation sessions.
