We’re on the lookout for aSenior Creatorwho lives and breathes social, has a strong video-first mindset, and knows how to turn scroll-stopping ideas into standout content. If you’re someone who can ideate, create, and lead with style, keep reading.
What you’ll do:
- Dream up thumb-stopping creative ideas that are made for social and built for the brands we work with.
- Bring those ideas to life through strong execution — whether it’s a TikTok, Reel, meme, or scrappy video with a big punch.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, editors, and other creatives to make work that doesn’t just look good but performs too.
- Lead content development across campaigns, from concept to final asset.
- Provide creative guidance to junior team members, helping to level up the work and grow the next gen of creators. We believe in learning from each other and helping each other grow.
- Be hands on. We’re looking for someone passionate who can lead the thinkingandget their hands dirty.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong conceptual thinker who doesn’t just follow trends — you know how to use them (and break them) to tell a bigger story.
- Video-first mindset with experience creating short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
- A strong portfolio that shows off both your thinking and your making, from scripts to edits, and everything in between.
- Social fluency. You know what works, what’s new, and what’s next.
- Experience shooting content on your phone and more, plus a good eye for how to get the best shot in any setting.
- Solid motion graphics or editing skills that can bring your ideas to life.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and sometimes chaotic creative environment.
- Leadership qualities: you’re proactive, encouraging, and great at giving constructive feedback that makes the work better.
