🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or other engineering discipline.
- 8+ years of hands-on integration/build engineering in an aerospace environment.
- 5+ years in a technical leadership role with direct people management.
- Cross-functional work with engineering to ensure on-time delivery of subsystems into Integration & Test.
- Experience with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams on space hardware.
- Experience in leading a team to meet schedule.
