NDE Inspector Level II

📋 Description

• Perform RT on components, assemblies, and materials to identify defects.
• Interpret and evaluate radiographic images per codes, standards, and procedures.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate radiographic equipment safely.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain records of findings.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to address nonconformities.
• Follow safety guidelines, including radiation safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; technical cert or associate degree preferred.
• Current NDE Level II RT certification per ASNT, NAS410, or equivalent.
• Radiation safety certification required.
• 3–5 years hands-on RT experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with RT equipment and software; ability to interpret complex radiographs; familiarity with UT/PT/MT advantageous.
• AWS CWI certification and NASA 5009/AMS/ASME knowledge.
