Own design of primary and secondary structures on a large-scale space station.
Understand static/dynamic loads, vibrations, thermal/environmental factors.
Perform mechanical design/analysis; create drawings, test plans, and documentation.
Lead trades and own interfaces with subsystems.
Collaborate with fabricators/technicians to improve designs and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, civil engineering, physics, or math.
2+ years CAD and FEA software experience.
2+ years designing and developing mechanical components or systems.

Salary ranges: $80,000-$110,000; $100,000-$142,000; $135,800-$176,000 USD
