Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Assemble and inspect structural, propulsion, and avionics assemblies.
• Evolve integration procedures to reflect efficient assembly practices.
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, SMEs, and technicians to solve production issues.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability with design engineers.
• Identify floor layout updates to maximize production workflow efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, materials or industrial engineering.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or fluids systems.
• Experience with build or integration of large electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Metallic manufacturing techniques, welding, metal forming, fastening and automation knowledge.
• Mechanical component and/or tooling design and analysis using 3D CAD software.
• Experience transitioning complex products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.
