  • 5+ years of administrative, executive support, or operations experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and expense management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
