📋 Description

  • Own coordination of Town Hall content: inputs, agendas, execution.
  • Support RTB/GTB forums with agendas, dashboards, and follow-up.
  • Refine formats and templates to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Assist OKR alignment and operating rhythm across functions.
  • Partner with BI/Analytics to prepare dashboards for leadership forums.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in business operations and program management.
  • BROAD multi-disciplinary ops experience across operations, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Experience supporting leadership communications, including presentations and updates.
  • SaaS background.
  • Strong analytical orientation with data interpretation and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to design and run leadership forums and cross-functional processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
