📋 Description

  • Own coordination of Town Hall content; shape agendas and execution.
  • Prepare RTB/GTB forum agendas; integrate dashboards; track actions.
  • Refine formats and templates to maximize engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives; surface risks.
  • Support Value Agenda tables; track progress and report results.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in business operations, program management.
  • Broad multi-disciplinary experience across operations, communications, strategy, analytics.
  • Experience supporting leadership communications, including presentations and updates.
  • Relevant SaaS background.
  • Strong analytical orientation; interpret data; build dashboards; act on insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
