- Proven success in outbound activity and meeting KPI targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to personalize messaging at scale.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-enabled prospecting tools.
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong desire to learn about SPM; thrives in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments and can adapt quickly.
