🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or related field.
  • Experience in Compensation or HR, ideally with Sales Ops exposure.
  • Proven experience managing complex variable compensation plans.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices; budget planning and compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; strong analytical skills.
  • Experience as a People Leader; team development.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
