📋 Description

  • Own and oversee day-to-day SF HQ operations and staff.
  • Lead NAMER Workplace programs across SF, NYC, and APAC.
  • Drive global Workplace policies, OKRs, and vendor mgmt.
  • Oversee facilities, vendor performance, budget, and systems.
  • Manage office access, front-of-house protocols, and security alignment.
  • Partner with IT, Security, Marketing, and Internal Events for programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in workplace, office, or facilities management
  • Experience managing 40,000+ sq ft floorplates
  • Experience designing and executing employee programming/events
  • Experience supporting or managing office build-outs or renovations
  • Strong ownership, detail orientation, and collaboration
  • Proficient with G-Suite, Slack, Zoom; Jira/PM tools preferred
