- 6+ years in People Enablement, Learning & Development, or related field.
- Proven success designing and scaling leadership development programs in high-growth environments.
- Strong grounding in adult learning theory, instructional design, and modern modalities.
- Experience leveraging digital learning tools to enhance or automate learning.
- Data-driven ability to evaluate program impact and improvements.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
