🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in revenue/sales ops or GTM in high-growth B2B SaaS; 2-3 years leading teams.
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing ops teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving; translate data into insights.
  • Experience designing scalable processes, systems, and frameworks that drive efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
