📋 Description

  • Build and lead a team of 4 RevOps across international GTM (pre/post-sales).
  • Own operating rhythm for EMEA/APAC revenue teams: forecasting, pipeline, territory, QBRs.
  • Partner with international sales to drive forecast accuracy and reduce friction.
  • Design scalable processes for lead routing, opportunity management, and comp admin.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years RevOps in high-growth B2B SaaS; 3+ years managing teams.
  • Deep Salesforce admin, reporting, and GTM analytics; builds scalable frameworks.
  • Proven track record leading international ops (EMEA/APAC) and regional nuances.
  • Strong stakeholder mgmt; partners with sales, finance, marketing, and systems.
  • Analytical and data-driven; translates data into insights.
  • Experience across pre-sales and post-sales RevOps.
