Value Engineer - DACH

📋 Description

• Collaborate with GCC customers in India to uncover core business challenges.
• Provide support to other regions, including APAC, to establish foundational accounts.
• Build relationships with customers as trusted advisor through technical and business insights.
• Share customer insights with Product and Engineering to influence product innovation.
• Create reusable collateral and tools for Global VE CoE and feed back to regional VE teams.
• Conduct ROI analyses and develop business cases to quantify Celonis value.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in analytics with value realization in SaaS/consulting.
• Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting.
• Knowledge of business software/SaaS (e.g., SAP) and RPA/BI tools.
• SQL experience; Python preferred; ability to collaborate with IT teams.
• Process improvement and value realization; deploy improvements and train users.
• Project management across multiple accounts; coordinate with Celonis ecosystem.
• Executive stakeholder management; excellent English and Italian communication.
