🎯 Requirements

5+ years in value engineering or related roles, with scaling experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related.
Proven expertise building financial models, ROI calculators, and cost-optimization strategies.
Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for all stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, JIRA / Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
