📋 Description

• Translate strategic priorities into Celonis use cases.
• Build business cases with benchmarks to drive ARR growth.
• Lead value assessments; communicate opportunities and roadmaps to C-level executives.
• Guide customers to identify opportunities for process improvement using Celonis.
• Drive improvement measures in core functions; lead enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Oversee the customer value journey; drive expansion, adoption, and renewals.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-value focus: analytical experience delivering value via data analysis and process improvements.
• Data/Analytics/IT: SaaS know-how; RPA/BI tools; dashboards/apps; Python/SQL.
• Process improvement & value realization: identify use cases; deploy improvements; train users.
• Project management: plan scopes, timelines; multi-project leadership; ecosystem partnerships.
• Executive stakeholder management: present value roadmaps and results to stakeholders; strong English.
• Degree: In Technology & Management or related degree.
• Business domain expertise: Finance or Supply Chain domain knowledge.
