📋 Description

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties.
• Set disposition turnaround times for properties.
• Partner with Sales and Construction on pricing, budgets, and scope of work.
• Value properties across the US and ensure valuation accuracy.
• Meet valuation turnaround objectives and minimize time on market.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Support company goals as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Excellent computer skills and quick to learn new tech.
