📋 Description

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties.
• Set turnaround times for dispositions.
• Partner with Sales and Construction on pricing, budget, and scope of work.
• Value properties across the US and ensure valuation accuracy.
• Meet turnaround objectives to avoid long market listings.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3 years minimum experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology.
