📋 Description

• Value prospective deals and set scope of work for properties purchased.
• Determine reliable market value estimates for acquisitions.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize ROI and disposition timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Construction on pricing, budget, and scope.
• Value properties nationwide and ensure valuation accuracy.
• Meet turnaround goals and manage multiple priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of residential property valuations/underwriting experience.
• Appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new technology.
