Collaborate with Sales and Construction on pricing decisions, budgets, and construction scope
Value properties across the US and ensure valuation accuracy

🎯 Requirements

3 years minimum experience in residential property valuations/underwriting
Appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new technology quickly
