Thisrolerequiresstrongcommunicationskills,in-depthQuickBooksOnlineknowledge,andtheabilitytosimplifycomplexconceptsfordiverselearners.TheTrainerwillplayakeyroleinensuringteamreadinessandconsistentservicequalityacrossourclient’sprogram.

KeyResponsibilities

Deliverlive,instructor-ledtrainingsessions.
FacilitateinteractiveworkshopsandQ&Asessionstoreinforcekeylearningobjectives.
Providehands-ondemonstrationsofQuickBooksfeatures,workflows,andtroubleshootingtechniques.
AddressandresolvetraineequestionsrelatedtoQuickBooksproductusage,commonerrors,andbestpractices.
Evaluatetraineeperformancethroughknowledgechecks,roleplays,andfeedbacksessions.
Collaboratewithinternalstakeholders(Training,Operations,andQualityteams)toidentifytrainingneedsandupdatematerialsasneeded.
Trackattendance,completion,andtraineeprogressusingdesignatedtrainingsystems.
Staycurrentonupdates,newfeaturereleases,andsupportprocessestoensuretrainingaccuracy.
Supportcontinuousimprovementbygatheringfeedbackandrecommendingenhancementstotrainingcontentanddeliverymethods.

Qualifications&Skills

Required:

2+yearsofexperienceasaTrainer,LearningFacilitator,orsimilarinstructionalrole.
AdvancedknowledgeofQuickBooksOnline,includingsetup,troubleshooting,andclientsupport.
Excellentverbalcommunicationandpresentationskills.
Abilitytoexplaincomplextechnicalconceptsinanapproachable,learner-friendlyway.
Strongproblem-solvingandanalyticalskills.
ComfortableleadingvirtualsessionsviaMicrosoftTeamsorZoom.

Preferred:

PriorexperiencesupportingQuickBooksprograms.
QuickBooksOnlineCertification(AdvancedorProAdvisor).
ExperienceusingLearningManagementSystems(LMS)ortrainingtrackingtools.
Backgroundinaccounting,bookkeeping,orsmallbusinesssupport.

WorkEnvironment&Schedule

Full-timerole,40hoursperweek.
Remoteworkenvironment.
Mustbeavailableduringstandardbusinesshours(9:00to6:00PST)andflexiblefortrainingcoverageasneeded.
