  • Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
  • Oversee daily operations and workflow for portfolio properties; drive efficiency.
  • Provide cross-coverage for team and leadership as needed.
  • Conduct inspections before guest/owner arrivals.
  • Support team with escalated guest/owner concerns via email, calls, tickets.
  • Develop relationships with property owners; ensure properties are clean and maintained.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality/vacation industry is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years in operational support roles.
  • Supervisory/management experience in a similar industry is preferred.
  • Technical skills with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation essential.
  • Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently.
