What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an Accountant I to join our International Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, and the ability to work independently. This position must be able to set the standard for integrity and professionalism and interact with a diverse team.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Collaborate with external accounting firms to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices within the finance department.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.

The Skills You’ll Need

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subject.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and account reconciliations, experience with Nestuite is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G-Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • High level of integrity, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish required.
  • Previous travel or industry related experience is preferred
  • Bilingual English / Spanish required.
