🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in UX Research or related field
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Psychology, HCI, or related
- Qualitative or mixed-methods research expertise
- Portfolio/case studies showing end-to-end research impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
- Experience with remote testing tools (dscout, UserTesting, UserZoom)
