Plan and execute user research studies (contextual inquiries, surveys, usability tests).
Analyze user requirements and business needs via use cases and flows.
Create design concepts, information architecture, wireframes, UI designs, interactive prototypes, and UI specifications.
Work closely with development and testing teams on UI implementation and testing.
Create and maintain UX guidelines and design standards.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years UX design experience; strong B2B SaaS portfolio.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Mobile-first and responsive design; WCAG accessibility.
HTML and CSS knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to tailor to diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel around 5%.
